safeplay Team Leader – Customer ExperienceI first joined tombola in 2018 as a Chat Moderator where I engaged in initiatives such as game launches, chat room residencies, buddying new starters, social media content and promoting our safeplay tools across the chat rooms both in Bingo and Arcade.
I left the business for a period of 10 months but decided to return in 2022, this time in our CX safeplay team! I have worked my way up the ranks from safeplay Advisor to safeplay Specialist and now safeplay Team Leader. The passion our team and the business have for player protection is evident throughout and we will always strive to put the player first, always.
I have a keen interest in, and passion for, Mental Health and strive to support our teams to look after themselves so that we can do the best job possible.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my cat, partner and family (sometimes separately, sometimes all together!), going to the theatre, live gigs and comedy shows. I even enjoy a bit of crafting every so often too :)
