I've been at tombola since early 2023; most recently before that I had eight years with Sky Betting and Gaming of the wider Flutter family.

I've spent the largest part of my career so far within Technology, as a full-stack developer/engineer and then manager within web applications, and made the decision to move into the People space in 2019 to do things for everyone.

I work on looking at how we consider the best and right things to do across the end-to-end employee experience for tombola, which includes the Talent Acquisition part.
