🎮 Arcade Promotions & Lifecycle Lead 

📍 Location: Sunderland, Dublin or Gibraltar (Hybrid)

We’re looking for an Arcade Promotions & Lifecycle Lead to drive player engagement across our Arcade and Bingo products, with a special focus on promoting multi-product play. This role offers the chance to make a real impact in one of the UK’s most loved gaming brands.

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll lead the strategy and execution of promotional and lifecycle campaigns that span across both our Arcade and Bingo experiences—encouraging players to explore and enjoy everything tombola has to offer.

✅ Develop and execute cross-product play strategies to drive engagement
✅ Own and deliver promotional plans for the Arcade product
✅ Create integrated campaigns with CRM and commercial teams
✅ Build loyalty initiatives that increase player lifetime value
✅ Use A/B testing to optimise campaign performance
✅ Leverage player data and behaviour to refine strategy
✅ Track, analyse and report on KPIs related to retention and multi-product engagement
✅ Collaborate with Product, Commercial, and Promotions teams
✅ Present insights and recommendations to key stakeholders

🔍 What We’re Looking For

✔ Proven experience in lifecycle marketing or retention strategy—ideally in online gambling, gaming, or e-commerce
✔ Experience designing campaigns across multiple product categories
✔ A data-led marketer comfortable with experimentation and segmentation
✔ Confident in A/B testing and campaign optimisation
✔ Strong communicator and stakeholder manager
✔ Organised with solid project management experience
✔ Comfortable presenting insights and influencing decision-makers

🎯 Experience with CRM platforms like Braze, Salesforce, or AWS tools
📈 Exposure to player behaviour analysis and campaign automation
