🚀 What You’ll Be Doing

As Free Game and Loyalty Lead, you’ll play a key role in growing engagement and retention across our player base. You’ll own the strategy, performance, and evolution of our free games and loyalty mechanics, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.

✅ Lead and optimise tombola’s free game and loyalty proposition
✅ Define key success metrics and KPIs to track impact and performance
✅ Collaborate with product, design, data, CRM and content teams to deliver engaging features and campaigns
✅ Own the strategic roadmap and identify areas for improvement and innovation
✅ Conduct player research and analyse behaviours to continuously improve loyalty and value
✅ Ensure alignment with compliance and responsible gambling standards
✅ Deliver insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders

🎯 What We’re Looking For

✔ Proven experience in product or marketing roles related to player engagement, loyalty, or gamification
✔ Strong commercial mindset—comfortable working with data to drive decisions
✔ Experience working in a cross-functional environment with product, design, and CRM teams
✔ Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritise and deliver at pace
✔ A customer-obsessed mindset and passion for continuous improvement
✔ Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
