The Role

We’re looking for a Finance Analyst to join our Finance team, focusing on revenue and commercial. You’ll play a key role in analysing business performance, understanding and sharing key drivers, risks and opportunities and preparing forecasts/reports. This role is pivotal in driving tombola’s financial success by providing actionable insights into revenue performance and supporting strategic decision-making.

What You'll be Doing

• Assist with weekly and monthly reporting of revenue vs. target for Finance and Commercial decks.

• Develop a strong understanding of the business, including financial metrics and operational KPIs, to provide commercial and financial guidance to the commercial and finance management. 

• Maintain close relationship with the commercial team responsible for performance to fully understand all performance drivers, account for variances and ensure relevant stakeholders are updated. 

• Assist in the provision of annual budget and quarterly re-forecasts for the tombola business.

• Ad-hoc requests and analysis.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent presentation and communication skills

• Deadline-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment to tight and demanding timelines .

• A curious, high-energy mindset with great interpersonal skills, a collaborative approach, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Part-qualified ACCA, ACA or CIMA.

Bonus Points For

• Experience in the online gambling industry (nice to have but not essential).

• SQL and/or tableau experience.
