The Role

We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our Product & Insights team, focusing on Game Studio and Product analytics. You’ll play a key role in analysing business performance, new features, and experiments, helping stakeholders make data-driven decisions.

You’ll need strong SQL skills and a sharp analytical mindset to uncover insights, build reports, and create dashboards that drive our strategy. If you love working with complex data and solving problems, this could be the perfect role for you!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Analysing player, game, onboarding, and payments data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Conducting deep-dive investigations into game performance and player behaviour.
• Building reports and dashboards in Tableau (or similar) to enable teams to self-serve insights.
• Collaborating with Data Engineering to enhance our data platform and analytics capabilities.
• Supporting experimentation and A/B testing to improve product decisions.
• Working with Flutter Group colleagues to maximise shared knowledge and resources.

What We’re Looking For

🔹 Strong SQL skills (Redshift / Oracle / MSSQL) – essential!
🔹 Experience working with large, complex data sets to generate insights.
🔹 Data visualisation experience with tools like Tableau, Looker, or QlikView (preferred but not essential).
🔹 A curious, analytical mindset with great problem-solving skills.
🔹 A passion for turning data into meaningful business decisions.

Bonus Points For

✨ Python, R, or other statistical analysis tools.
✨ Experience in the online gambling industry (nice to have but not essential).
