The Role
We’re looking for a CRO Product Manager to take ownership of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) across our digital platforms. You’ll be the subject matter expert responsible for driving experimentation, optimising user experiences, and ensuring that our CRO tools are fully utilised to enhance player engagement and commercial success.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning CRO Strategy: Oversee A/B and multivariate testing, ensuring best practices are followed and teams maximise the usage of our CRO tools (Optimizely, etc.).
- Driving Experimentation: Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, and Marketing to develop data-driven experiment ideas that improve user experience and business performance.
- Test Execution & Management: Implement, manage, and analyse A/B and multivariate tests, ensuring accurate tracking, QA processes, and statistical significance.
- Commercial Impact: Link test outcomes to business KPIs and revenue growth, making recommendations that align with strategic objectives.
- Analytics & Reporting: Use data insights to monitor test performance, generate reports, and build a continuous pipeline of optimisation opportunities.
- Collaboration & Advocacy: Work closely with cross-functional teams to educate, advocate, and implement CRO best practices. Communicate results effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
🔹 Proven experience in CRO and A/B testing, particularly using Optimizely or similar platforms.
🔹 Technical aptitude for platform management, including familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
🔹 Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to connect test results to commercial performance.
🔹 Experience in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and evaluate test performance.
🔹 Ability to manage multiple experiments in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
🔹 A collaborative problem-solver who thrives on driving business impact through data and experimentation.
