Sounds great! What will I be doing? 🔎
As a Product Operations specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of product development processes. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, delivery leads and cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, manage tools, and improve communication. Your focus will be on driving operational excellence, streamlining product processes, and supporting the product team in delivering high-quality products to market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Product Process Optimization & Support: Develop and implement standardized processes, tools, and frameworks that enhance the product development lifecycle.
- Operational Efficiency: Ensuring that teams have the right tools, data, and resources to be effective and efficient.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Support product teams with data insights, ensuring that metrics and KPIs are available and actionable to drive product improvements.
- Tool Management: Manage and optimize product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Mural!) to enhance team productivity and collaboration.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for process improvement, implementing solutions that improve speed and quality in product delivery.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation for product processes, best practices, and guidelines to support knowledge sharing and onboarding of new team members.
- Communications: Streamline processes to enable simpler distribution and creation of stakeholder communications
- Product Roadmap Support: Assist product managers in planning and tracking the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on the effectiveness of product processes and initiatives, providing insights to support continuous improvement.
- Champion continuous improvement: Identifying opportunities for efficiency and fostering a culture of operational excellence.

- Proven experience in product management or product operations, with knowledge of product lifecycle management and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to create clear, engaging content and product documentation.
- Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana) and analytics platforms.
- Demonstrated success in optimizing product processes and driving efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
- Process-Oriented: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
