The Role

We’re looking for a Product Operations Manager to help drive operational excellence across our Product teams. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Delivery Leads to optimise workflows, manage tools, improve communication, and ensure that our product development processes run smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Optimising Product Processes: Develop and implement standardised workflows, tools, and frameworks to enhance efficiency.
• Driving Operational Excellence: Ensure product teams have the right tools, data, and resources to work effectively.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Support teams with actionable insights, metrics, and KPIs to inform product improvements.
• Managing Tools & Systems: Optimise product management tools like Jira, Confluence, and Mural! to enhance team collaboration.
• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions that improve speed and quality in product delivery.
• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Develop clear, engaging documentation for product processes and best practices.
• Streamlining Communication: Improve processes for stakeholder updates, ensuring product teams can share information efficiently.
• Supporting the Product Roadmap: Assist Product Managers in planning, tracking, and aligning roadmaps with business priorities.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and report on the effectiveness of product operations, ensuring continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

🔹 Proven experience in Product Management or Product Operations, with knowledge of product lifecycle management.
🔹 Strong process optimisation skills and a passion for driving efficiency.
🔹 Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana).
🔹 Excellent communication and documentation skills.
🔹 Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making.
🔹 A collaborative, problem-solving approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
