Sounds great! What will I be doing? 🔎

As a key technical leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the game studio's success. Your impact will extend beyond the development teams, interfacing with senior management and product managers to drive faster, higher-quality game deliveries. You'll take charge of the direction of our game tech stack, introducing innovative tools and frameworks to continuously enhance our game delivery pipeline. On a typical day, you’ll evaluate the viability of game concepts, lead projects from a technical perspective, mentor team members in code development, and work with integrations such as the shell. You'll also consolidate technologies, explore and implement cutting-edge solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to address high-level technical challenges. Leveraging your proven experience in leading multiple commercial products or technology releases, you'll bring a wealth of expertise in building and shipping projects from inception to completion.

• Contributing to the building of game products from concept to release.

• Technical discussions on implementing game mechanics.

• Collaborate with other members of the game development team to create a cohesive and polished product.

• Maintaining current software and systems/fixing bugs

• Leading projects from a technical perspective.

• Technical mentoring of junior team members.

What does "good" look like for us? 😇

• Knowledge of JavaScript/Typescript or another high-level language

• Understanding of OOP programming principles

• Experience of game development principles

• Ability to communicate complex technical problems to non-technical stakeholders.

• Code documentation skills.

• Good understanding of agile methodologies, and workflow

• Ability to focus on task at hand.

• Attention to detail.

• Problem-solving abilities.

In addition, some "nice to have" skills to support your application 

• Knowledge of Pixi-JS

• Webpack
