We’re seeking a highly motivated and organised Marketing Assistant & Team Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Gibraltar. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with senior management, contribute to global marketing initiatives, and gain valuable insights into a thriving international business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Support
- Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns and communications for Tombola’s global audience.
- Support the creation of marketing presentations, reports, and proposals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic initiatives.
- Track and analyse marketing performance across channels, contributing to continuous improvement.
2. Executive & Team Coordination
- Provide administrative support to senior management, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and organising travel arrangements.
- Document key meetings and ensure follow-up on actions.
- Organize team offsites, workshops, and other internal events.
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth communication and operations.
3. Administrative Functions
- Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals for management meetings.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Monitor team communications and workflows, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Support office operations, including event planning, supply management, and team support activities.
What We're Looking For
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
- A proactive, resourceful problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in marketing, administration, or executive support is an advantage.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to grow within a global business.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools such as Outlook or Google Calendar.
