What You’ll Be Doing:

As Head of Product Design, you’ll lead and inspire our design team while working closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. Your focus will be on strategy, innovation, and execution, ensuring that design thinking, research, and user insights shape the way we build and evolve our products.

✅ Define and drive the product design strategy across all tombola platforms
✅ Lead and develop a team of high-performing product designers
✅ Create and implement design standards, frameworks, and tooling
✅ Champion best practices for UX and visual design across mobile and web
✅ Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives
✅ Implement data-driven and experimental approaches to design decisions
✅ Balance long-term vision with immediate business needs to deliver impactful results
✅ Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For:
