Do you enjoy delivering a great candidate experience recruiting talent across departments? We're looking for someone to showcase our proposition in the world of talent acquisition.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner at tombola, you’ll own your talent pipelines, actively driving strategies to identify and attract the top talent; bringing innovative and motivated people together to stay ahead of the game.
Within this role, you’ll collaborate across ongoing projects and build our talent pool from the ground up. You’ll partner with our People Partners to support in the growth and development of our people in tech for succession planning, internal progression opportunities as well as recruiting for our open vacancies.
What will you be doing?
Your role will include working closely with hiring managers and the leadership team to understand their needs for departmental roles within the tombola. You'll be both reactive and proactive in your recruitment strategy as you to scout for potential talent and well as respond to immediate hiring needs. It’s key that you analyse and interpret recruitment data, to guiding strategy and improve processes as and when needed. In addition, you'll work closely with your peers within the Talent Acquisition team on the strategy of developing our function's brand and capability to deliver.
What skills experience are we looking for?
- Experience recruiting roles across a range of departments.
- Great understanding of recruitment strategies and pipelines
- Ability to develop and nurture relationships with candidate and internal stakeholders alike
- Strategic and creative thinking
