Lead Analyst – Strategy and InsightsI joined the team in 2021 covering all things data when we were a much smaller team!
Since then our data function has expanded and my focus is on building out and evolving our CX team data capabilities, covering Customer Experience, Fraud, Compliance, Player Protection and SafePlay (among other things!).
I investigate, analyse and explain customer behaviours, ensure safe and sustainable playing habits and assess performance of player features as well as enable core KPI reporting in various teams across the business.
The data landscape at tombola is always evolving providing a constant stream of interesting and new challenges to tackle.
