Our award winning Marketing department is made up of the Digital Marketing team and MarTech, both based in our Gibraltar office; plus Brand and Planning and Growth in Sunderland, UK.
Whilst our Tech teams are working hard to produce unique products, the Marketing department are always keeping our community of players up to date and returning to site, whilst also reaching new players to deliver on tombola's business aspirations to grow our position as market leader in the UK.

We have been the proud sponsor of I'm A Celeb... for eight years. At this point, the tombola bugs are celebrities in their own right! Sponsoring the biggest show on British TV is a both a challenge and a privilege every year as we build a campaign that plays out across TV and BVOD, audio and social channels, alongside a MMM partnership, an exciting PR activation and more.
We’ve won awards for our marketing campaigns! Most recently, we took home the award for ‘Social Marketing Campaign’ at the EGRs in 2022 for our activation of the I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here sponsorship on our Social Media channels.
We have our own catchy tune... Stefan Abingdon and Ashley Horne wrote Open For Fun exclusively for tombola, and it's perfectly performed, in our bold marketing campaign, by stand-up Jo Griffin. In fact it's so catchy, that it's gotten us shortlisted for a thinkbox award!
The juxtaposition of mundane, boring scenarios against a catchy song draws attention in a bingo market full of over the top characters, flashy promotions and noise. The ad gives you a chuckle, shows that we’re here just for a bit of low key fun and showcases a win.
